Privacy

Tint Record helps you find window tint shops. We are not in the business of selling your personal information or building a profile of you.

Searching and location

You can search by city or ZIP without sharing your exact location. If you tap to use your current location, that stays on your phone or computer only long enough to suggest a nearby city. We do not save your exact location, and it never appears in the link you share or bookmarked.

When you contact us

If you send in a shop or report a problem with a listing, we keep what you wrote so we can review it. We use a spam check on those forms. We do not sell submission details or use them for ads.

Site traffic

We look at simple, anonymous traffic numbers—things like how many people visit a page—so we can keep the directory useful. We do not use common advertising trackers, and we do not store the words you type into search, your exact location, or a lasting ID that follows you around the site.

Some browsers let you send a “do not track / privacy control” preference. When we see that, we turn off the extra measurement we control.

How long we keep information

We never keep your exact location or the full text of your searches. Form submissions stay only while we need them to process your request. Anonymous traffic summaries are cleared on a rolling basis and are not tied to your name or account—Tint Record does not require an account.
