Architectural, marine, or residential film is a different job. The listing and the official site should say automotive or auto window tint.
Use the official website, not a copied listing
Match the name, phone, address, and services to the shop’s own site or an owner confirmation. Tint Record does not reuse Google listings or star ratings.
Know how they install
A storefront means you drive to the shop. Mobile means they publish a service area and come to you. Some businesses do both; the listing label should match the site.
Ask about film, shade, and warranty in their words
Ceramic, carbon, dyed, hybrid, and windshield film are not interchangeable. Use the brands and warranty language the shop publishes, then confirm the shade they will install.
Check the legal visible light transmission
State rules measure light through glass plus film. Read the cited statute for your state and confirm the number with the installer before they start.
